Jet Sprinter, Executive Sprinter or coach.

Think of a Jet Sprinter as a business-jet interior fitted into the long body of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: a handful of broad leather club chairs, a partition from the driver, screens, power outlets and privacy glass. It is built for a principal and a few colleagues who want to work, meet or rest on the road, and it is the vehicle that bands, athletes and executives choose for longer drives between cities.

An Executive Sprinter seats up to fourteen in forward-facing leather seats with luggage space behind. It is the workhorse for roadshows, site tours, airport pickups for a team arriving on one flight, and wedding parties moving between venues.

For larger groups, a minicoach seats around 24 to 35 and a motorcoach up to 56, with underfloor luggage bays. They carry conference delegates between hotels and halls, guests from a ceremony to a reception, and fans or staff to a stadium.

What it is used for.

Executive offsites and roadshows: one vehicle and one chauffeur for a day of investor meetings across Manhattan, or a leadership team touring three plants in a week. Tours and residencies: a Jet Sprinter between the hotel and the venue each night, or a coach for the crew. Film and TV: talent and crew between base camp and location on the call-sheet schedule. Weddings and private events: guest shuttles that keep everyone together and on time. Delegations: a diplomatic programme where staff travel together behind the principal’s car.

For conferences and exhibitions our trade show and conference service runs shuttle loops on a planned manifest, and our attractions and events page lists the venues we serve most often.

How group vehicles are priced.

Sprinters, Jet Sprinters, minicoaches and motorcoaches are quoted individually because their availability, positioning and the hours involved vary more than they do for sedans and SUVs. Your quote is one all-in figure in US dollars with taxes and a 20% gratuity included, and it states the hours, the mileage assumptions, the out-of-town supplement if any, and the pass-through costs such as tolls and parking, so you can compare it fairly.

If your group also needs sedans or SUVs for principals, those are billed at our published hourly rates, shown below, and can sit on the same booking. A recurring requirement, such as a daily crew shuttle for a three-month shoot, can be set up as a monthly block with the terms in a written agreement.

Hourly rates in US dollars, all-in
Per hourBusiness SedanFirst-Class SedanSUV BusinessSUV FirstChauffeur only (your car)

Eight-hour day in the city$1,240$2,280$1,480$1,880$760
Each mile over 93 a day$3$8$4$4Not applicable

Every figure includes taxes and a 20% gratuity. 93 miles a day are included with company vehicles. Out of town adds 50% to the hourly rate, plus the chauffeur’s hotel and a flat $100 travel allowance, with your car or ours. Tolls, parking and onboard Wi-Fi are passed on at actual cost. Overtime is simply billed at the same hourly rate.

Airports and private aviation.

Sprinters are often the first vehicle a touring party or a team sees after landing. We meet commercial arrivals inside the terminal at the airports we cover and private flights at the FBO, where the vehicle can usually come planeside or to the lounge door with the handler’s agreement. Give us the tail number or flight number and we track it. The FAA publishes airport status and delays, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection explains arrival processing for international private flights.

The chauffeur and the plan.

Chauffeurs on Sprinters and coaches hold the licence class the vehicle requires and are briefed on the manifest, the route and the venue loading arrangements before the day. For multi-vehicle programmes a single coordinator owns the plan and is reachable throughout. Coaches operate under the commercial safety rules that apply to passenger carriers, and our drivers’ hours are planned so that long days stay within them; a second chauffeur is added when a programme needs it.

Luggage, equipment and instruments are planned in advance. Tell us what is coming, from golf bags to flight cases, and we will size the vehicle or add a luggage van rather than let you discover the problem at the kerb.

Choosing the right size.

For four to six passengers who want to work or rest, a Jet Sprinter is usually the answer; it costs more than an SUV but carries people in comfort that an SUV cannot match on a long drive. For seven to fourteen passengers with standard luggage, an Executive Sprinter keeps a group together in one vehicle. For fifteen to thirty-five, a minicoach. Above that, a motorcoach, or several. Mixed groups often work best with a coach for the delegates and a sedan or SUV for the principal, so the main group is not held back when one person needs to leave early.

Think about luggage and equipment as much as seats. A band with instruments, a film crew with flight cases, or a golf group with clubs may need the next size up or a separate luggage vehicle.

Popular routes and programmes.

Jet Sprinters are booked most often for New York to the Hamptons or Philadelphia, Los Angeles to Las Vegas or Palm Springs, Toronto to Muskoka or Niagara, and Miami to Palm Beach. Executive Sprinters handle airport transfers for teams arriving on the same flight, roadshow days with six or seven meetings, and corporate offsites at country hotels. Coaches move conference delegates from hotels to halls each morning, wedding guests from the ceremony to the reception, and fans to stadiums and arenas listed on our attractions page. Each programme is planned with a written schedule that the chauffeurs and coordinator follow on the day.

On board.

Jet Sprinter cabins typically include reclining leather club seats, a partition between the chauffeur and the cabin, a large screen with connections for laptops and phones, USB and mains power, ambient lighting, a refrigerator and tinted privacy glass. Exact layouts vary by vehicle, so we describe the one offered in your quote. Executive Sprinters have forward-facing leather seats with reading lights, climate control, power points and a rear luggage area. Coaches have reclining seats, underfloor luggage bays and, on most vehicles, a microphone for the tour leader. Wi-Fi is available on many vehicles and is billed at actual cost.

Refreshments, branded headrest covers for a corporate event, a welcome sign at the airport or a specific music playlist can all be arranged; ask when you request the quote so they are in the plan rather than improvised on the day.

Discretion & NDA

What happens in the car, stays in the car.

Our chauffeurs carry public figures, executives, officials and families whose privacy is not negotiable. These are the rules every assignment follows.

Your NDA, signed first

We sign your non-disclosure agreement, or provide ours, before a chauffeur is named to the assignment.

Need-to-know details

Names, addresses and schedules go only to the chauffeur and coordinator on the job, never onto a shared board.

No photos, no posts

Chauffeurs do not photograph passengers, homes or guests, and do not mention clients on social media, ever.

Unmarked vehicles

No livery, no branded plates, nothing on the car that says who is inside or who arranged it.

Quiet cabin

Conversations and calls in the car are not repeated. The chauffeur speaks when spoken to, unless safety requires otherwise.

Records kept private

Trip logs and invoices can carry a reference instead of a name, and are shared only with the account holder.
