A note on luggage
The bag counts above assume standard check-in cases. Ski bags, golf clubs, instrument cases, pushchairs and oversized luggage need the class above — tell us at the time of booking and we will size the vehicle for you rather than let you discover it at the kerb. There is no charge for the advice, and no surcharge if we get it wrong.
Child seats
Infant, child and booster seats are available on request in every class except the stretch limousine. Please ask when you book, and tell us the child’s age and weight so the correct seat is fitted before the chauffeur leaves the garage.
Accessibility
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available in most of the cities we cover, subject to notice. Contact us directly rather than booking online so we can confirm the vehicle and the pickup point before you commit.
