How event bookings work
Agreed in advance, in writing.
1. The run sheet
We write down every pickup, every address and every time, and send it to you before anything is confirmed. If it is wrong on paper it is cheap to fix.
2. The pickup point
Venues change their permitted drop zones for big events. We check the venue’s plan for your date and name the exact meeting point, with a fallback.
3. Staged, not circling
Your chauffeur waits nearby for the duration. You are not requesting a car at the end of the night against forty thousand other people.
4. Reconfirmed
We confirm the whole schedule again the week before and the morning of, so late changes reach the chauffeur rather than your voicemail.
5. One contact
A named coordinator with the whole programme in front of them, reachable on a direct number for the entire event, not a general queue.
6. One invoice
Consolidated billing across every vehicle and every day, with your cost-centre references on it, issued after the programme closes.
